Accounts must meet the following criteria otherwise they will not be created.

Valid work e-mail address.
- Free e-mail account providers will not be accepted and will be deleted. Should your school address use a free providor, please contact support and they will assist you with account creation.
Password Restrictions.
- Password must be a minimum of five characters
- Passwords are case sensitive.
Your request may take as long as 36 hours to be approved.
- Wiki account requests are reviewed throughout the day during business hours. Wiki requests are not reviewed during non-business hours, so an account request made over the weekend will be handled the next business day.
- Admin approval is only performed once the account email address has been verified by the customer.
